Why we exist
Southeastern Residential has been selling homes in Augusta, Aiken and Charleston for years. Land kept walking through the door — family tracts, timber, hunting ground, farms — and it kept getting handled like a large lot.
So we built the division properly. A registered forester on staff. A wildlife biologist on call. GIS in-house. And the management side too, because the fastest way to learn what a tract is worth is to be the ones burning it, planting it and cutting the roads.
